Wow - the whole ordering process from designing to ordering to getting the order shipped out was great. We actually received our order earlier than they said. About a week and a half early! Was very happy with the quality of the design on the sweatshirts!

Custom and is always fantastic. When I had to make a new order for a smaller size, the process was very simple and straightforward, and the sales associate even immediately sent me a link to verify payment quickly and my father received his new upgraded T-shirt in a better fit Within days! it met what we needed in a short amount of time. expensive but we were desperate and we got the tshirts in time. next time will do more research on other services to deliver on time a more comfortable and affordable product. i was forced to make a selection below for question #8 "would you order from custom ink again?" if there were a "maybe" button i would have chosen it. so i was forced to choose "yes" because it wasn't a horrible experience, and i might need it as a last resort again in a pinch.

I thought I'd made a mistake in that my uploaded art was not in a high enough resolution. I believe this to be the case, but Custom Ink went above and beyond by correcting that while maintaining the artwork's integrity. The shirts came out great! Thanks so much. We will definitely be using you again.
