"This is a walk we did for Prader -Willi Syndrome. A cause dear to my heart. My five year old son and only child has PWS. It a syndrome that causes many issues the biggest being they are never full. That's right the part of the brain that controls when you're full doesn't work causing constant hunger, food seeking and sometimes life threatening obesity. These kids live a life where everything is locked up the fridge, cabinets and even the trash, calorie counting, food journals and excerise.
