"On Saturday, June 11, 2016, we walked 3 miles in support of Pancreatic Cancer research. Our dear friend, Doug, passed away in March after losing his fight against this aggressive disease. We were also walking for two others who had passed away (a wife and a father). It was a beautiful day in San Francisco, CA on Saturday -- we knew they were with us in spirit. We raised over $6,000 for the cause and we look forward to walking again next year. #PurpleStride"
