"The Fujita is the name of Uncommon Collegiate Charter High School's yearbook. Uncommon Collegiate is a public charter school in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn and opened in 2012. Uncommon Collegiate students are The Cyclones.
The Fujita staff is a dedicated group of 14 boys and girls - and they are OBSESSED with yearbook. The title of the book is a reference to the Fujita Scale, which measures the speed and velocity of cyclones. As out school continues to grow, we, as Cyclones, will continue to rise! Just like the Fujita Scale.
