"This photograph will always mean a lot to my family and I. My aunt was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 liver cancer, and got told that it has moved to her lymph nodes, they gave her 1 year to live. This past weekend 9/4/15 we got family together to give her all the support she needs. When I showed her the shirts came in her eyes lit up with joy!
