"This was taken at our local American Heart Association Walk last month. My son, Mason, was born with congenital heart defects and has endured five open heart surgeries. We are always on Team Mason.
In this picture is my husband and I with our children. Mason is wearing his red heart hero cape! We had 33 people wearing Team Mason shirts but we failed to get us all in one picture.
