"Our research lab participated in the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's (AFSP) walk in Chicago on Saturday 9/26. We walked in memory of our dear friend, Kortni, who lost a battle to depression in early 2015, as well as all for those who suffered or who currently suffer from this debilitating illness. Our lab works to remove the stigma of depression, as well as to learn more about the brain and its varied susceptibility to mental illness. "
