Team Irving!

"In March of 2014, Irving Elementary sadly lost a dear friend & preschool teacher, Nancy. Our school banded together as Team Irving to participate in the Autism Speaks walk in Chicago to honor Nancy, as she was very passionate about working with students with Autism. The t-shirts and the walk were a crucial piece of helping us build up our morale during a time of grief. Our school t-shirt order even expanded to include other schools in the district as well as Nancy's family and personal friends. We are so grateful to CustomInk for providing beautiful t-shirts that we can now wear often to remind us of the wonderful resources that Autism Speaks provides, as well as our wonderful friend who devoted her career to students with disabilities." - Autism Speaks Chicago (May 23, 2014)
