"I have run a program through my school for several years called LAMP: Literacy Advancement Mentor Program. We get 20 high schoolers to mentor 20 first graders with reading and literacy lessons. The program runs for 10 consecutive Wednesdays. This picture was taken in the cafeteria of Courtland Elementary School in Spotsylvania, VA.
