"This team was created to raise money at the Cogenital Heart Disease (CDH)Walk in Central Ohio. The team was walking in memory of Savannah Wilson who lost her battle w CDH January 2013. But we also walk in honor of Cameron Witcraft our 2 year old survivor of CDH. So our Tshirts symbolize our unity to be thankful for research that kept Savannah with us for 24 years and that same research that will allow Cameron to grow up to live a healthy and full life !!! "
