"To kick off the 2013/2014 school year at Oak Park Elementary in Aurora, IL, we wanted to show our student that WE are committed to THEM and their positive behavior. All the staff wore our shirts the first day of school to greet the kids when they arrived. We drew pictures and wrote positive statements on sidewalks and the blacktop with the kids so they felt welcome to THEIR school and to make them feel a part of this program from the first day.
