I experienced CustomInk for the first time this month. Not only the website is very intuitive and user friendly, the customer service was top notch! Very fast and caring service which do not happen at the same time often! Unfortunately our order of 36 shirts came in with one shirt missing. I was very upset as one child at the 3rd grade moving up ceremony was left out, but I must say the trouble shooting done by the staff was just amazing. Thanks Stephanie for holding my hands through the ordering process until design approval and Elizabeth for quickly and graciously arranging the makeup shipment. I am sure going to use CustomInk again for our PTA needs!"
