Move It or Lose It

" Nine years ago at the active adult community Frisco Lakes we began a cardiovascular class for senior adults. We walked our pounds away. 2 miles of cardiovascular training. Combining easy yet effective cardio routines interlaced with weights and resistance bands. We walked the stress and the pounds off in this great class. Every year the students would help me design a T-shirt. We have used Custom Ink for the last three years. In the picture I have submitted are about 50 students. One of the students has designed and made a quilt with these 9 different T-shirts displayed. I was so pleased and excited to find out this quilt was to be a gift given to me. This class has meant the world to me! The students support over the past nine years is amazing. I am so proud to present this picture of the most amazing women and a few amazing men who keep this class jump in and jogging every Tuesday and Thursday. Working with Connor at Walmart, McKinney, Texas Custom Ink was an exciting journey. Connor was very patient and very creative in helping us design one of the best T-shirts we have had over the year.
