Morning Crew After Workout 17.3

"About us: We are a handful of average crossfitters with above average spunk competing as a team within our gym during the Open. This is the half of the team that likes to workout before the sun comes up. The competition lasts 5 weeks and point are awarded for both spirit and performance.
