"The 'event' is a yearly program we call Mercer 100%- with the goal of the program to get all 100% of the class to pass their national certifying exam on first try. We get buy in from the entire program, and give them all a T-shirt they can wear at school (usually have to be business casual)- and ask them to take a picture of themselves wearing the Tshirt to show off on our social media. A big group went to Chik Fil A for lunch and sent me this picture."
