"Northern Tier held its Second Annual Chili Cook-Off last week. The event got quite competitive with 39 outstanding entries and over 250 in attendance. All proceeds were donated to Friends in Need Food Self and a total of $2,291.23 was raised. It was an outstanding event and everybody LOVED The Heat is On t-shirts created by CustomInk."
