HR Dream Team Job Shop

"This photo represents the HR team at Federal Way Public Schools. We created these shirts for recruiting events we had this summer. We first wore these shirts at the Farmers Market in Federal Way where we promoted our upcoming Job Shop event. This event was a recruiting event specifically for Classified employment. These shirts were great! As you can see on the back of them it clearly says “Ask Me about JOBS with FWPS.” This really got people’s attention and we were able to have great conversations. We also wore these tee shirts again when hosted our Job Shop event on August 15th. People were able to identify who was a part of our team and who they could ask questions to. Our department will be wearing these to shirts to many of our upcoming recruiting events throughout this school year and hope that they help us meet great recruits!
