"In need of a basketball shirt for an 8th grade girls team, I landed on the CustomInk webpage. The way to upload and design was user friendly but I had some questions. The first chat interaction was clear and helpful. I saved the design and got an email a couple of days later if help was needed. I uploaded a picture and asked for a preview. Not only did I get a preview with my own design but as well the design of the CustomInk team (that looked very cool!). I had to wait for sizes and numbers and CustomInk never pushed or pressed for business. All was personalized and respectful. When I placed the order it was done very efficiently and the shirts arrived prior to the indicated date. Customer service makes or breaks a business. CustomInk service goes above and beyond.
