"2012 was the 20th annual Alaska Run for Women. This event is dedicated to funding research and awareness for breast cancer. Over 7,000 women from the greater Anchorage area participated in the run. The staff of Dog Tired Doggie Daycare ran in honor of several clients who are breast cancer survivors and in memory of those we have lost to this horrible disease."
