"For Grandpa's 80th birthday all six of his children and their families celebrated at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. Customink's Design Lab made it very easy to create our logo on the baseball shirts. I used the instant messaging service to ask questions about ink colors during the design phase and the service representative, Brett, was extremely helpful. The group order form made it easy to coordinate sizes and payment from our large group. When I had a few edits to make to the design during the approval process, Kim from Satisfaction Assurance made the changes and got back to us the same day.
