College Bound

"I teach 29 seventh graders in the South Bronx in one of the poorest congressional districts in the country, to be more specific. Because I wanted to reinforce to my students that they will achieve their goals despite the many burdens they already face, I bought them these shirts from customink.com that say, "College Student," on the front, and "Class of 2017" on the back--the year they WILL graduate from college. We wore our shirts on our first trip of the year and were proud at the promise the T-shirt holds--dreams, opportunities, a better life. My experience with customink.com was amazing.
