"This was for a fundraiser for one of our teacher's daughter. I have added a link with some detailed info describing Addie's condition (Myelomeningocele (MMC), one of the most severe forms of spina bifida). Addie underwent surgery while still in the womb. This is a rare thing to be done, but ultimately was the best decision they made! Please feel free to read and share. Addie is truly a miracle child, but will need medical help for the rest of her life. Our fundraiser was to help Addie's parents with the outrageous medical expenses.
