When we say, "we'll make it right, or we'll make it right," we mean it. Our team is dedicated to making sure that every order with Custom Ink is a WOW, so if your custom gear fell short of that, let us take care of you. Photo Submission Guidelines
Use the simple guidelines below to show us what’s wrong, and we’ll find the best solution for you.
Color Issues
If the product color or print looks different than expected, send a photo of the product in natural light. We will compare it to what was displayed on our site, in the lab, or in the proofs and find the correct color.
Print Problems
If there are any issues with print placement or quality, follow these measurement guidelines.
Down From Collar
Measure from the bottom-most outside edge of the collar hem to the top of the print.
Off-Center Check
Measure the width of the shirt 1” down from the sleeve and we will compare the print location to that specified for printing.
Crooked Print Check
Place a straight edge on the shirt 1” below the sleeves (or 1” underneath the print equally down from the sleeves) and take a photo. We can then compare the print location to that specified for printing.
Sizing Issues
If any of the items in your order didn’t fit to your expectations, send us a photo of the measurements so we can identify any issues.
Height: Measure the height from the outside edge of the collar hem on the shoulder to the outside edge of the bottom hem.
Width: Measure the width of the shirt 1” down from the sleeves.
Other Issues
For problems not listed, please take a close up of the problem, a zoomed out photo of the whole item, and then a photo of the affected items as a group. Include a detailed explanation of the problem and we’ll be happy to find a solution that’s right for you!
